From a Munich backyard ...

Our company was set up by husband and wife Franz and Gerlinde Schönhofer in 1974. As a small family business in a Munich backyard, they had to grapple with economic conditions at first.

However, their perseverance paid off.

In 1984, the conclusive step towards today’s state-of-the-art EU business was taken, with the new building in Viehhof, Munich’s stockyard area.

Renate Schönhofer has been running her parents’ company since 2003, and the third generation, with Julia Richter, is already devoting its full commitment to the company. Since 20.09.2019, our enterprise has been certified in accordance with the

IFS Global Markets FOOD

standard. We achieved a fantastic result: 97.35 %!
